Come do an initial session with Melissa and make a plan for the month. Leave with strong knowledge of correct form and confidence to complete workouts on your own. We'll then set you up on True Coach for support, workouts and coaching at your fingertips. $75 for the first month (allowing for additional time and effort to build your plan), then $50 a month moving forward with continued once a month in person workouts and app support via True Coach.
